Project Director (Thermal Generation)

Oversee design and construction of thermal generation facilities, ensuring adequate resources meet construction timelines and resolving utility conflicts with CDOT and contractors. Negotiate work requests and execute agreements for utility relocations, property acquisitions, and sales while balancing easement rights with all stakeholders. Coordinate activities with municipalities, regulators, customers, and legal teams to manage high-visibility projects spanning up to five years. Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely invoice reimbursements. Manage field relocations and power requirements to minimize downtime and meet project goals. Bachelor's degree in business or engineering with eight years of utility experience required. PE license preferred.
