Job Summary
Project Director – Systems of Care responsible for leading planning and implementation of SAMHSA-related activities, overseeing evaluation, social marketing and communications, ensuring cultural and linguistic responsiveness, monitoring budget adherence, maintaining grant documentation, supervising staff (including Lead Family Coordinator), preparing SAMHSA grant budgets, and fostering strong interagency collaboration and partnerships to support services for children with complex needs across housing, mental health and clinical services; requires bachelor’s degree in a human services field with four years’ relevant experience, and preferred master’s degree with additional supervisory experience; candidate should demonstrate leadership, trafficking trauma-informed approaches, cultural competence, and bilingual capabilities as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field (required)
- Four years’ experience serving children with complex needs (required)
- One-year supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills (required)
- Master's degree in a human services-related field (strongly preferred)
- Experience in children’s systems of care (preferred)
- Experience serving youth with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Experience incorporating trauma-informed framework into service delivery (preferred)
- Familiarity with cultures and languages of population served (preferred)
- Bilingual speaker (preferred)
