Job Summary
Generate and manage a pipeline of leads through your own referral network, then conduct onsite inspections to translate findings into accurate, defensible scopes of repair. Build complete estimates and proposals that hold under scrutiny, while owning the client relationship from first contact through project completion with weekly communication. Negotiate change orders and contract amendments to protect margins, coordinate with Project Managers on subcontractor selection and mobilization, and maintain precise project documentation and CRM records. Manage monthly pay applications and accounts receivable, requiring full ownership of revenue targets and independent estimate accuracy. This hybrid role involves regular local travel across the Colorado market for project milestones, blending technical scope work with client-facing conversations.
Required Qualifications
- Construction Management degree (or equivalent)
- 5+ years construction project management experience
- 5-7 years field supervision experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
- Working knowledge of CSI's 16 Divisions of Construction
- Working knowledge of Xactimate
- A track record of building accurate estimates and proposals independently
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in insurance restoration
- Experience in commercial roofing
- Comfort negotiating directly with adjusters, architects, and ownership groups
