Job Summary
Deliver large, multi-disciplinary D&B infrastructure projects to time, cost, and quality while defining direction, governance, and commercial controls. Manage contracts, procurement, and financial performance through forecasting and risk management, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards. Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, establish clear roles, and build strong client and stakeholder relationships across all levels. Drive successful outcomes for metro, aviation, rail, water, and highways schemes from inception to completion. Required Qualifications
- Significant programme and project delivery experience in senior roles leading complex, major D&B infrastructure programmes
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects from inception to completion
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead integrated design and delivery teams
- Strong leadership and commercial management skills across project, contract, procurement and financial disciplines
- Excellent planning, governance and delivery capability
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple technical teams and resolve risks and issues
- Degree in a relevant discipline (engineering, construction, project management) or equivalent experience

- Chartered membership of a professional body (EI, ICE, APM, IPM, PMI or equivalent)
