Job Summary
Lead the assigned work program across all phases of the project lifecycle, developing full business and strategic plans to meet contractual and financial targets. Provide operational excellence through financial management, team leadership, and stakeholder relationship management while driving contracting and comprehensive risk management. Lead safety culture by investigating incidents, implementing corrective actions, and mentoring staff to maintain an injury-free environment. Serve as the primary client executive to build long-term relationships, negotiate issue resolution including change orders, and drive subcontractor selection and strategy. Manage preconstruction discussions, resource allocation, and schedule reviews to ensure project success. Represent the organization in community and industry engagement and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years people management experience
- Demonstrated success in simultaneously leading multiple large or complex projects and/or multiple teams
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field
- In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- 15+ years construction management experience (Preferred)
