Job Summary
The Project Director will lead the delivery of mission critical construction projects by providing strategic oversight and operational leadership throughout all project lifecycle phases. Key responsibilities include ensuring projects meet safety, financial, schedule, and quality objectives, managing commissioning processes for critical systems, and collaborating with teams to mitigate risks and constraints. The role requires a strong understanding of commissioning processes and technical direction for equipment issues. Suitable candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over 10 years of experience in construction leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering or other related field required
- 10+ years in construction leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Mission Critical or data center projects preferred
- Campus-scale programs preferred
