Job Summary

Manage multiple large scope restoration projects from initiation to completion, directing technicians and superintendents via work orders while developing construction and mitigation estimates. Conduct thorough site inspections to determine damages, recommend further work, and perform loss site evaluations to prepare bids for adjusters and customers. Review and approve time and material billing to ensure accurate cost capture, prepare detailed scheduling work orders, and track project plans to meet contract deadlines. Generate reports using Microsoft Suite and Xactimate, maintain business contacts to source new work, and collaborate with Account Executives on bids. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel to job sites, and adherence to safety protocols including PPE and OSHA standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License with driving record in good standing
  • Proven experience in ability to manage large projects in commercial mitigation and construction
  • Extensive knowledge in construction estimating
  • Well versed in time & material billing concepts
  • Experience in marketing services for purpose of generating new or existing business
  • Thorough knowledge of basic safety standards and work practices
  • Experience in leading crews, delegating, communicating effectively at all levels
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Completion or in the process of completing IICRC Training
  • Possesses excellent time management skills
  • Ability to generate reports using Microsoft Suite products
  • Xactimate required
  • Understands basics of cost containment and risk management
  • OSHA 10 certification
  • Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100lbs. with assistance
  • Ability to perform tasks that require walking, bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, climb, squat, crawl, lift above shoulder, reach, and twist
  • Prolonged sitting or standing required
  • Regular alternating between sitting and standing
  • Continuous repetitive motion and tasks involving L/R hand movement (computer/mouse), wrists, or arms
  • Capacity to operate machinery and tools as required by job tasks
  • Requirement for clear vision
  • Work after hours and weekends given our 24/7 business operations
  • May include travel to and from job sites
  • Possibility of attending out-of-town trainings, meetings, or conferences
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards
  • Successfully complete a pulmonary function test, including a respirator fit test
  • Complete all mandatory safety training sessions, including but not limited to hazard communication, emergency response, and safe equipment handling
  • Ability to identify and immediately report any unsafe conditions, hazards, incidents or injuries to supervisors without fear of retaliation
  • Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures relevant to your specific job site, including evacuation routes, and emergency contacts
