Must be based in Florida with Tampa or Naples project assignments; depth of experience in hospital/ healthcare builds and AHCA regulation knowledge is essential for operating in occupied facilities and maintaining strong client relationships in the Florida healthcare market.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of commercial construction experience with a strong focus on healthcare projects in Florida
- Proven experience leading large, complex hospital or healthcare builds
- Deep understanding of AHCA regulations, infection control, and occupied facility construction
- Strong client relationships within the Florida healthcare market
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Ability to lead both operations and business development efforts
