Job Summary
Lead and manage large-scale health projects as the key client interface, developing working relationships and driving projects to successful completion. Manage the design process, review project plans, specifications, scheduling, costs, and potential construction problems, while overseeing project safety, environmental requirements, timelines, risks, and reporting. Direct line management responsibilities include managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budgets on track. A recognised Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management is required, along with 10-15 years of industry experience working on major health projects. Advanced Microsoft skills are essential, and Primavera skills are highly regarded. This role supports Turner & Townsend's purpose of transforming performance for a green, inclusive, and productive world across the real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.
Required Qualifications
- A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management
- 10 - 15 years industry experience working on major health projects
- Advanced Microsoft skills
- Primavera skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients
