Job Summary
Project Director responsible for managing and executing global projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to client briefs and high-quality delivery. Acts as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, coordinating across client management, resources, and creative and production disciplines. Involves participation in pitches, proposals, tenders, client meetings, and feasibility investigations. This role supports a hybrid schedule with in-office presence one day per week at our London location.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years event agency experience within a project manager / producer role
- Experience with live events, EXPO, consumer marketing, web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting
- Working with and interpreting client briefs (including RFI/RFPs)
- Project delivery within EMEA
- Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Full clean driving licence (preferred but not essential)
- UK National or relevant permissions to work in the UK
- Strong presentation, verbal and written skills
- Experience in mentoring others
- Experience in managing budgets of £3m+
- Experience in international event delivery
- Experience in managing vendors, people, equipment, and timelines
- Experience in proposal development and pricing
