Job Summary
Lead IT/Engineering project portfolio from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and adherence to processes. Manage a cross-functional project team, oversee pre-sale activities and tender responses, and own project milestones and financials. Drive stakeholder relationships with customers, partners, and subcontractors, negotiate change control, identify growth opportunities, contribute to tender proposals, and forecast costs and revenues. Demonstrate leadership to build a high-performing team, maintain staff billability, and guide project transitions to operations with emphasis on quality, risk management, and sustaining customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- More than 10 years of IT/Engineering project management experience
- Experience in development, implementation, and support of engineering/IT projects
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a provider or vendor environment and matrix organizations
