Job Summary
Dexis seeks a Project Director to support anticipated programming with the Department of Labor (DOL), specifically assisting the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) in delivering comprehensive operational, analytical, and program support for the Artificial Intelligence Workforce Hub. Responsibilities include serving as the Contractor’s primary point of contact, coordinating team activities, representing the Hub in external settings, integrating work across partnerships, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and developing executive summaries and principal-facing narratives for senior Government audiences. Requires a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in research/data/policy/strategy/partnerships/evidence-building/program management and at least five years in a project-director or equivalent role, plus a master’s degree in a related field. Experience with labor markets, workforce policy, economic or technology policy, or AI-related issues is preferred. The role is contingent upon contract award and is governed by Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience leading initiatives involving research, data, policy, strategy, partnerships, evidence-building, program management, or related work.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience serving as a project director, team lead, or in an equivalent position in project management, managing complex projects with multiple teams working simultaneously on different activities.
- Experience overseeing or supporting the development of high-quality written materials, presentations, or strategic briefings for senior decision-makers.
- A minimum of a master’s degree in public policy, economics, social science, business, data science, law, technology policy, or a related field.
