Job Summary
Lead capture planning and BD for DoD programs; develop win themes and capture strategy, coordinate meetings with customers/teammates to build market insight and acquisition plans; manage development and submission of proposals, RFIs, white papers, and other artifacts; mentor capture managers and staff, manage BD budget, and coordinate with senior management; perform on projects in the role of Project Executive and other roles as needed; direct staff, budgeting, invoicing, and ensure successful project completion; requires PE certification, 15 years’ related experience, and ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance; occasional local/long-distance travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification
- Professional license/certification preferred: Registered Architect (RA), CCM, PE
- 8 years’ experience on related construction projects as PM/Director
- 5 years’ experience in business development/capture management
- 5 years' experience in construction management on GSA projects
- Ability to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance required. Active Secret clearance preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership and proposal development experience
