Job Summary
Lead PMs and client teams through strategic real estate planning, design, and construction for hospitality projects as PMA’s Senior Project Manager/Project Director. Bring 15+ years of development and project management experience, with experience as an Owner’s Representative or Project Manager representing fiduciary interests of developers or investors. Oversee master planning, budgeting, pre-construction, schematic design, design development, construction documents, sequencing, and transition planning; manage development budgets, operations metrics, and financial performance (return on cost, IRR). Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; maintain discretion with confidential information; cultivate long-term client relationships; and provide leadership, mentorship, and clear communication within a collaborative, values-driven team. Salary range $150,000-$210,000/year with comprehensive benefits; location includes PMA offices nationwide with a San Francisco-based project focus.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of development and project management experience
- experience as an Owner’s Representative or Project Manager representing fiduciary interests of developer or investor
- experience leading master planning, budgeting, pre-construction, schematic design and design development phases
- knowledge of development budgets, operations (revenues and expenses), and financial metrics (IRR, return on cost)
- ability to manage project teams through all development/construction phases
- strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- discretion handling confidential information
- ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
