Job Summary
Lead and develop project management processes while acting as team lead for a small group of Project Managers. Manage selected client accounts directly, ensuring projects run smoothly, remain commercially sound, and are delivered to a high standard. Handle resourcing and invoicing, take responsibility for the profitability of your own client accounts, and lead projects across campaign planning, concepts, branding, and asset delivery. Support the development of a new operating model and contribute hands-on to integrated deliveries including video production and social media. This dual role balances team leadership with client delivery within dentsu Creative's multidisciplinary environment in Helsinki.
Required Qualifications
- Creative agency background
- Clear understanding of agency life and processes
- Senior-level experience in project and/or account management
- Previous experience in a client-facing role with responsibility for managing accounts and commercial performance
- Experience in leading project teams
- Readiness to take on people leadership responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with many parallel projects
- Strong structuring and organisational skills
- Ability to keep a cool head under pressure
- Experience across integrated deliveries, including video production and social media
- Finnish language skills
- English language skills
