Project Director - Data Centre Construction (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Coordinate multiple data centre campus development projects from Due Diligence and Master Planning through to execution, delivery, and close-out. Develop Project Execution Plans aligned with client requirements, including communication strategies and key events. Ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues as required and drive program-level reporting on schedule, budget, safety, and risk. Assist in preparing RFP and SOW documentation while supporting bidding presentations to prospective clients. Coach, mentor, and train the team on continuous improvement techniques and standard reporting methods. Be accountable for robust project governance, ensuring risks are reviewed and mitigating measures are implemented. Drive company standards uniformly across all project participants and assist with recruitment to grow the business.
Required Qualifications
- data centre construction/project management +8 years with increasing levels of leadership and people management
- degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or another construction related discipline
- experience in Hyperscale Data Center or large scale industrial/mission critical
- Fluent in German, at least at B2 level
- Have the right to work in Germany
