Job Summary
Oversee the development and implementation of key strategic projects for the APAC region, managing client teams to ensure deliverables meet schedule and budget requirements. Provide governance for an integrated project delivery model by reviewing capital funding requests, stage gates, and regional project reviews to drive cost, schedule, and quality efficiencies. Champion excellence in project planning while leading collaboration with global teams and supporting community engagement activities across regions. This role requires over 10 years of experience in data center construction or high-tech manufacturing, including P&L responsibility and cross-discipline team influence. Required Qualifications
- experienced project manager with increasing levels of responsibility in the development and delivery of complex capital projects and programs over 10+ years
- experience in data centre construction, hi-tech complex projects or hi-tech manufacturing including understanding of MEP, health and safety, commissioning, completion and handover
- a degree or comparable experience in Project Management, Engineering or construction related discipline
- Are an excellent communication both verbally and in writing
Desired Qualifications
- Have business management experience in construction sector including P&L responsibility, strategy and operational management experience
- Are able to influence cross-discipline teams and effectively use data and analytics for project planning
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
