Project Director

Senior Project Director to lead end‐to‐end delivery of a major portfolio of capital works projects at Crown Perth within the Property Design and Development team. Responsibilities include delivering projects to time, cost, quality, safety and compliance standards; managing multidisciplinary streams across design, engineering, procurement and construction; providing strong financial and commercial oversight including forecasting, cost control, risk management and value optimisation; leading and developing high‐performing project teams; governance, contract administration and reporting in live operational environments; building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, regulators and industry partners; providing clear, timely reporting to executives to support informed decision‐making and a no surprises approach. Requires significant senior project management leadership experience in building/construction, delivery of large complex capital works portfolios (ideally within hospitality or operational environments), proven commercial and risk management capability, and tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related discipline.
