Lead opportunity identification, positioning, and pursuit strategy for new and existing clients while building, maintaining, and growing relationships across civic, education, commercial, industrial, transportation, and infrastructure markets. Serve as project architect, design lead, or technical advisor for select projects, integrating architectural solutions with engineering and advisory teams to ensure high standards from concept through construction. Mentor emerging design talent and represent the studio at industry events to drive revenue targets and key account development.
