Project Director

Lead end-to-end project delivery for large-scale construction and real estate developments from concept through completion. Define scope, timelines, and resource requirements while ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and safety standards. Align execution with organizational strategy by leading feasibility assessments, investment planning, and value engineering initiatives. Oversee financial performance through budget management, cost control, and risk monitoring. Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, investors, contractors, and regulatory bodies, including contract negotiations and executive reporting. Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with all regulations and internal controls. Requires 10–15 years of experience in construction or real estate project management with mandatory PMP certification.
