Project Director

Project Director within Aecon's Urban Transportation Solutions group, accountable for overall project performance across safety, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder outcomes. Lead in multi-party delivery environments with governance structures; set delivery strategy, drive executive-level engagement with owners and partners, and ensure alignment of design, construction, and systems integration to target outcomes. Lead governance, decision-making protocols, and performance across partners; oversee cost, schedule, risk, safety, and quality; champion value delivery, gainshare/painshare optimization, and disciplined trend management. Manage client and stakeholder engagement at the highest level with transit agencies, municipalities, regulators, Indigenous partners, and community stakeholders. Oversee commercial and contractual framework, change strategy, reporting, and alignment to no-disputes/no-surprises principles. Build and sustain a high-performing, inclusive project culture focused on collaboration and accountability. Responsible for executive-level reporting, assurance, and governance to provide an accurate view of project health and enable proactive intervention.
