Job Summary
Oversee multiple projects and teams to ensure safe execution, quality standards, profitability, and on-time delivery. Monitor build progress, enforce safety policies across field staff and subcontractors, and manage scheduling conflicts with the General Superintendent. Lead financial oversight by controlling costs, managing billings, forecasting, and reviewing monthly reports. Provide strategic guidance to Project Managers, facilitate stakeholder communication in Owner, Architect, and Contractor meetings, and mitigate risks to prevent delays. Resolve trade partner issues, oversee project closeouts, and coordinate staff transitions while maintaining regulatory compliance. This role reports to the EVP and requires a proactive leader focused on seamless project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong focus on safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Proactive leadership style
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and project teams
- Experience ensuring projects are executed safely, meet quality standards, remain profitable, and are delivered on time
- Knowledge of Safety Program adherence
- Experience reviewing monthly safety reports
- Ability to enforce safety policies across field staff and subcontractors
- Experience monitoring build progress to ensure milestones are met
- Experience overseeing project schedules and ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled
- Ability to identify and address scheduling conflicts
- Experience delivering scheduling executive summaries
- Experience handling project delays and notifying owners
- Experience managing profitability goals through proactive cost management
- Experience overseeing accurate and timely billings, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Experience monitoring cost coding and invoice processing

- Experience ensuring change orders submitted to the owner meet established criteria
