Job Summary
Monitor project inventory and tagging in Frebas while defining design parameters based on market findings. Conduct competitor scans, site analysis, and market studies to recommend project viability and sustainable product mixes. Coordinate activities across land acquisition, construction, and sales phases by updating project timetables and setting weekly meetings. Perform cash flow studies, NPV computations for financing, and review architectural drawings for technical coordination. Assist in marketing conceptualization and ensure sales targets are achieved by addressing client queries and conducting project briefings.
Required Qualifications
- College graduate with a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Architectural and other related courses
- At least 2 3-year experience in related track (preferably from real estate)
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Willing to work in EDSA, Mandaluyong (Head Office)
