Job Summary
Head of Project & Development Services (PDS) BeLux, based in Brussels, responsible for leading growth, coordinating business development across BeLux, managing PDS operations, P&L oversight, and client relationships; drive cross-functional collaboration with Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets and Work Dynamics; ensure delivery of services across advisory, project and cost management, program management, design, sustainability and asset repositioning; build an internal/external market presence, recruit and develop talent, and maintain high ethical standards while supporting BeLux and EMEA objectives. Requires proven experience on complex schemes, full development cycle expertise, strong leadership, stakeholder management, financial acumen, Salesforce CRM, and trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of acting as Project and/or Development Monitor on complex schemes
- Good understanding of the full development cycle (from site acquisition to post completion)
- Market presence and good industry relationships
- Strong track record in running successful team(s), client relationship management
- Financial and commercial acumen management experience
- Ambition, growth mindset and a strong motivation towards delivering on our business purpose
- Ability to navigate and manage stakeholder relationships both within BeLux and EMEA
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative approach and flexible style, with ability to influence and challenge to achieve aims
- Trilingual in French, Dutch and English
- Demonstrate commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Operate comfortably in a fast paced environment and love getting the job done with attention to detail
