Job Summary
The Project Development Manager leads cross-functional teams to drive major project growth by engaging engineers, architects, EPCs, and key influencers early in the design process. The role requires a strong track record in project selling, excellent leadership, communication skills, and analytical expertise, particularly in managing project pipelines. Responsibilities include identifying projects to influence specifications, building a strategic project pipeline, executing project pursuit strategies, and utilizing Salesforce for activity tracking. The position may involve travel up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in project selling and specification influence
- Strong leadership and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities
- Analytical mindset with pipeline management expertise
- Valid driver’s license
