Citadel CPM seeks a Project Development Manager and Sr. Project Development Manager with 5-15 years experience in facilities design and educational project management, offering a salary range of $160,000-$215,000.
Required Qualifications
- Fifteen (15) years of full time paid professional experience managing the facilities design
- Five (5) years of experience with educational facilities design, planning and construction
Desired Qualifications
- Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Experience with LEED and/or Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) projects
- Experience with the Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes
- Experience with construction management
- Additional courses in Business Administration, Public Relations, Accounting, School Finance, Personnel Management, Educational Facilities Planning, and Communication
