Job Summary
Project Development lead responsible for overseeing and managing the development of new door and cabinet projects from conception to completion. Collaborates with customers, project managers, and production teams; develops detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets; ensures compliance with safety standards and company policies. Acts as primary client liaison, providing expert guidance, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving satisfaction and repeat business. Requires strong project management background, excellent communication, leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and resources; physical site visits and handling 20-50 lb movements as needed. Remote work is indicated in description, but the listed work location is in El Paso, TX (IN_PERSON). Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, EAP, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the cabinet and door industry
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Ability to visit project sites and manage multiple projects
