Job Summary
Project Development Engineer in the federal market responsible for conducting building and system audits, energy analysis and savings calculations, writing reports, and coordinating meetings with Project Managers and clients. Focused on HVAC design and commissioning within CMTA's Energy Solutions division; candidates should have a strong technical background, experience with DOE/Army Corps IDIQ requirements, and familiarity with building simulation and ECM modeling; emphasizes energy efficiency and performance contracting in a consulting engineering context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
- U.S. work authorization
- Experience in Energy Services, engineering/commissioning in federal market preferred
