Job Summary
Oversee electrical infrastructure projects from inception through pre-construction, managing scope, schedule, and budget; develop detailed project scopes, refine budget estimates, and balance the 10-year capital portfolio; ensure constructability and adherence to internal lifecycle processes; perform financial analysis and data mining using enterprise systems; coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and leadership to align portfolio goals, timelines, and resource requirements; champion safety culture and ensure environmental and regulatory compliance in line with company standards; requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience; hybrid work arrangement with NJ office meetings and client-site meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Construction Management
- Requires a minimum of 4+ years of related experience in project management, engineering, finance, or electric utility transmission/distribution oversight directly supporting electrical utility projects
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and SAP data mining
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, analytical ability, time management, and the ability to present complex data to senior leadership
