Job Summary
Conduct project development and finance transactions for US and international energy and infrastructure clients, uncovering potential pitfalls and mapping solutions to ensure deal execution. Represent sponsors and lenders in complex project financings, structuring transactions to provide maximum value and security while identifying market insights and opportunities related to energy transition. Work with global colleagues to efficiently drive the most complex project finance transactions to completion, positioning deals for successful syndication.
Required Qualifications
- mid-level or senior associate
- experience representing US and/or international energy and infrastructure clients on project development transactions
