Project Development Analyst (Agri-PV & Battery Storage) (FT / Intern)

Job Summary
Drive Agri-PV and battery storage projects from secured land through Baugenehmigung, coordinating with municipalities, planning offices, and internal teams to eliminate bottlenecks. Act as the central contact for external stakeholders to steer planning and permitting processes, public acceptance strategies, and formal approvals. Assess and plan for dual-use agricultural integration, working with agronomists and landowners to embed farming operations into site layouts. Monitor budgets, timelines, and milestones while managing service providers and contributing to playbooks to accelerate permitting and reduce risk. Support site identification, grid feasibility reviews, and market positioning efforts to strengthen our presence as a leader in efficient project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Comparable experience to a degree (e.g. through your own venture)
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German
- Excellent communication skills
