Job Summary
Complete on-time and accurate production drawings for precast concrete elements and prepare material lists for production hardware. Collaborate with project designers, engineers, production, purchasing, and installation teams to support project requirements, resolve issues, and create tools that increase productivity. Work closely with the design team to support additional initiatives as assigned. This role offers an opportunity to understand the organization's operations across production, field, sales, quality, safety, engineering, and design. Mid-States Concrete Industries partners with customers to innovate, design, and build meaningful structures while maintaining a diverse, safety-focused workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree with a specialization in AutoCAD Drafting/Design or related field
- Previous experience working in the precast concrete industry
- 3D Modeling in Solidworks, Tekla, and/or Revit
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
