Job Summary
Develop and implement system design concepts, calculations, equipment selections, and layouts for small to moderately complex projects. Lead discipline design production, ensuring coordination across disciplines and compliance with codes, standards, and firm technical requirements. Execute construction administration activities including site reviews, submittal reviews, RFIs, and project meetings. Manage project scope, budget, and risk while mentoring junior staff and resolving interface issues between disciplines. Act as a client-facing representative to communicate technical information and maintain client confidence.
