Job Summary
Coordinate pre-production, onsite, and post-production activities for LED events while developing designs within budget constraints. Create technical diagrams for shows and communicate load-in, load-out, install, and dismantle planning to the show site team. Direct the event planning workflow, supervise technical and labor crews, and oversee logistics for multiple LED elements. Analyze current programs to recommend improvements on gear, electrical, rigging, and safety. Educate staff on implementation issues and review budget impacts with the Client Solutions Manager. Requires minimum 10 years in live event production with 5 years in production management. Travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience working in live event production
- Minimum of 5 years focused on overall production management
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, Equivalent or professional work experience is required
