Job Summary
Prepare accurate presentation, design, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Civil 3D for large commercial developments. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to support site layout, grading, and full construction site coordination. Interpret codes and regulations to guide the design process while calculating quantities and ensuring consistency with established CAD standards. Travel periodically to perform site investigations, take measurements, and observe construction progress. Assist in compiling construction plans from all disciplines and submit them to agencies with jurisdiction. Requires proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office, along with a valid driver's license. Entry to mid-level candidates with experience in commercial, retail, restaurant, or industrial projects are welcome to join this dynamic team at CPH in Sanford, FL.
