Project Designer

Originates and develops creative design concepts and design documents during the design development phase, supporting resolution of design solutions through construction documents and construction administration. Incorporates integrated sustainable design solutions, oversees design teams to ensure intent, schedule, and budget adherence, and mentors less experienced staff. Communicates regularly with client representatives to verify requirements, prepares presentations, and attends on-site visits to deliver design progress reviews. Facilitates internal and external project communications, tracks electronic project data, and assists the Project Manager with defining work plans. Performs as Team Leader on certain projects, leading small teams in developing technical and design detail solutions following established standards.
