Project Designer

Energetic design professional with an internship-level focus, mentored by subject matter experts, to become proficient in architectural design and ARE readiness. You will develop project documents for clients in coordination with regulatory bodies, assist in conceptual designs and preliminary sketches, coordinate with multi-discipline teams, learn integrated design practices, review completed projects to identify productivity improvements, attend department meetings to learn the roles of SMEs, review shop drawings with guidance from the Project Architect, participate in field site inspections and develop follow-up documentation (e.g., field reports, punchlists), and contribute to R&D of methods and processes using advanced software to inform design. You will have opportunities to attend client meetings, grow client relationships through excellent service delivery, and serve as the architectural designer on select projects as you gain experience. The role emphasizes collaboration, growth, and training within a hybrid in-office and work-from-home schedule in Blue Bell, PA, with a focus on developing design solutions and preparing for licensure.
