Job Summary
Design, plan, and manage architectural projects for aviation clients by creating innovative concepts, preparing detailed drawings in Revit and SketchUp, and presenting proposals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to gather specifications, conduct site surveys, and ensure compliance with building codes and zoning laws. Lead design teams from concept through construction, perform quality control on construction documents, and mentor junior members while participating in business development. Maintain thorough project documentation and stay updated on sustainable design practices. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, 5+ years of AEC experience, and proficiency in Revit, with a flexible hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Current knowledge of industry trends in space, function, and materials
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated team coordination and contract document leadership skills
- Excellent graphic, verbal, and written communication abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork
- Position may require travel for project-related activities
- The studio operates on a flexible hybrid schedule with three days in their collaborative office environment and two days working remotely
