Job Summary
Lead customers from initial inquiry to contract signing for Sherman’s residential construction projects. Guide design, drafting coordination, and pricing, manage subcontractor bids and estimates, coordinate site plan reviews with the Project Manager, finalize specs and contract paperwork, and lead the Contract Signing Party with down payments, ensuring a smooth handoff to the Project Coordinator and ongoing post-sale support.
Required Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Proven background in residential construction sales, drafting coordination, or project estimating
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with estimating software and CRM/project management tools
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and manage client expectations
- Organization: High attention to detail; capable of managing multiple moving project files, subcontractor bids, and contract documents simultaneously
- Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with a strong track record of resolving conflict and finding win-win solutions
