Job Summary
AVP, Project Delivery & Operations within the GTS TPEO COO Office leads strategic operational priorities across Governance, Finance, and Engagement. Owns financial planning and budgeting inputs, spend tracking, demand planning, and executive reporting. Drives design and standardization of reporting, OKR/metric analysis, and executive communications. Partners with senior leaders (CTO/COO level preferred) to translate complex data into concise, actionable narratives, develop leadership-ready materials, and deliver multi-workstream programs with accountability across stakeholders. Requires strong executive presence, ability to operate in ambiguity, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and related tools; preferred exposure to Jira, Power BI, PowerApps, and AI prompt engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, program management, management consulting, communications, or a related field
- Strong ability to structure and produce executive-ready content that translates complex information into clear, actionable formats
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across organizations
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and collaboration/reporting tools
