Job Summary
Project Delivery Manager (PDM) overseeing end-to-end operational execution of research projects (trackers and ad-hoc QL/QN studies) both online and onsite. Translate the SOW into a detailed operational plan, coordinate day-to-day tasks, manage timelines, oversee vendors and fieldwork, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with operational standards. Own the delivery quality and feasibility while partnering with Ops and CST; collaborate with Advanced Quant experts for complex components; adapt plans for special methodologies and field challenges; maintain operational health, risk management, and KPI-focused outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Marketing, Languages, Mathematics, Social Sciences, or a related field).
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or research operations.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to understand research goals and business impact before execution.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Good judgment to anticipate potential risks or issues, and the confidence to raise them early and suggest practical mitigation ideas.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with both planning and hands-on execution.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in fast-paced or on-site research environments.
