Project & Delivery Lead

Job Summary
Lead delivery across multiple complex digital and eCommerce projects by managing agency capacity, resourcing, and forecasting while tracking timelines, budgets, scope, and profitability. Identify risks, blockers, and delivery issues early to ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering, and Client Success to keep projects moving, and improve project planning, processes, and reporting by working with discipline leads. Support and coach client-facing and delivery team members while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients throughout delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys being at the centre of delivery, bringing together clients, developers, and designers while keeping an eye on the bigger picture across resourcing, commercial performance, and project quality within a lean boutique agency environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience within a digital, eCommerce or software agency environment
- Experience managing complex digital projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong project and delivery management skills
- Confidence managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Commercial awareness across budgets, scope, utilisation and project profitability
- Experience with resource planning, capacity management and forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, structured and solutions-focused approach
Desired Qualifications
- Shopify, Shopify Plus or broader eCommerce experience is highly regarded
