Job Summary
The Project Custodian is responsible for specialized custodial duties including floor care and furniture cleaning using specialized equipment. This role supports routine cleaning efforts and assists the Event Setup and Moving Crew during staffing shortages. Responsibilities include coordinating daily assignments, monitoring project equipment, and participating in required training. A high school education and two years of custodial experience are mandatory, along with familiarity with floor care procedures and a valid Driver's License.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of prior custodial experience
- Should be familiar with floor care procedures
- Must pass physical exam
- Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
