Job Summary
Coordinate client intake, registration, and employment outcomes for cohorts, including curriculum scheduling with ORCA, OLTCA, and employer partners. Lead program operations by supervising staff, overseeing service delivery, and managing payroll and scheduling. Collaborate with stakeholders to design curriculum, facilitate training delivery, and support participant placements with post-employment services. Maintain accurate client data in OneClient CRM and the CaMS funder portal while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Monitor program performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to meet targets. Provide guidance to staff on intake, onboarding, and follow-ups, and represent the project at industry meetings. Travel within the GTA for program delivery and staff supervision.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in program coordination, workforce development, or training-related roles
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by newcomers, particularly racialized women, in the labor market
- A team player and knowledge of employment services and community resources
- Experience in outreach, marketing, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database systems
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and accountability
- Knowledge of government funding requirements and reporting processes
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required
