Project Coordinator - Women Economic Empowerment

Job Summary
Develop the Women's Economic Empowerment (WEE) strategy and work plan, including mainstreamed activities and risk assessments for Juba and Tonj North. Lead planning and implementation of assessments, analyze data to report WEE outcomes, and draft quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports aligned with donor requirements. Manage key partnerships with government bodies, private sector, and women-led organizations while supporting field staff and resolving implementation challenges through adaptive management. Provide technical assistance for capacity building, conduct focus group discussions, and establish referral linkages with service providers and policy makers.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong technical skills in achieving WEE outcomes in VCD/MSD/financial inclusion and gender-transformative programming
- Have a minimum of three years of work experience in implementing or advising on WEE initiatives in VCD/ MSD and gender-transformative programming
- Exhibit excellent team building, training, and advisory skills
- Exhibit strong skills in stakeholder engagement, including with the private sector
- Exhibit good skills in gender-transformative/social behavior change (SBC) programs that seek to transform gender relations and social norms
- Have completed an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (international development, business administration, social sciences, women's studies, or another similar discipline)
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (economics, business administration, social sciences, women's studies, or another similar discipline)
- Experience in the South Sudan or region
- Experience working on grant projects funded by institutional donors
- Knowledge of working in Non-government Organizations (NGOs) like World Vision
