Job Summary

Project Coordinator role focused on managing large data sets in Excel/Smartsheet, validating formulas, and developing training curriculums and materials. Responsibilities include creating and delivering live virtual trainings to diverse audiences, managing day-to-day SCSEP operation systems and reporting, and supporting data quality and metrics through spreadsheet validation. Requires advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Index/Match, defined lists/tables, data validation), proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom), experience with Smartsheet and training materials production (Camtasia/Snagit preferred), and ability to work independently from a home office with reliable broadband. Minimum Associate degree.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree
  • Proficient in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Index/Match, defined lists/tables, data validation)
  • Strong MS Excel, MS Teams, Zoom, MS Office proficiency
  • Experience with Smartsheet; Camtasia and Snagit preferred
  • Ability to work independently from remote location
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Experience entering/tracking/validating data in spreadsheets
  • Ability to develop training curriculums and training materials
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Reliable home broadband internet access
