Job Summary
Identify pre-construction and construction activities such as land acquisition, engineering document releases, and contracting milestones. Monitor progress across phases, track the critical path, and coordinate with Business Development, Engineering, and Commercial teams to provide requisite inputs. Act as the single point of contact for the Site Construction team regarding all HO deliverables. Organize multifunctional review meetings and create comprehensive plans covering costs, schedules, quality, and safety standards. Maintain close relationships with OEMs and vendors to track manufacturing progress and ensure timely material delivery. Manage approvals within defined budgets and recommend mitigation plans for delays or risks. Requires 10-12 years in the power sector with 2-3 years at wind project sites.
Required Qualifications
- BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Understanding the project execution sequence of large-scale Renewable Projects
- Experience of having worked at construction project sites and understanding of the challenges faced at the site in managing the contractor and local communities
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Overall, 10-12 years of experience in power sector
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably with Project Management certifications
- Experience of 2-3 years at Wind Project sites
