Job Summary
Coordinate contracts, track budgets, and manage project schedules for senior Project Managers across the full project lifecycle. Prepare proposals, develop project plans, and maintain accurate financial and resource reporting while ensuring compliance with company standards. Independently prepare submission documents, organize customer requirements, and support business development activities including skeleton plans and methodology development. Assist with project close-out tasks, monitor deficiencies, and attend meetings to take minutes and follow up on action items. Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and authorities, and apply standard procedures to resolve problems and address project needs proactively.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma in Architecture, Engineering or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project coordination or project management, preferably in a consulting environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong understanding of the design process, construction procedures, and complete project delivery cycle
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera), Microsoft Office suite, advanced scheduling tools and data analysis techniques
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate project needs and take initiative
- Ability to travel to offsite meetings as required
