Job Summary
Plan, organize, and support multiple construction scopes from inception through design, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout for a hyperscale data center project in Vernon, TX. Maintain productive relationships with internal business partners, customers, trade partners, and project stakeholders while communicating project status to client management and external parties. Utilize construction management programs like Microsoft Project and Excel to support the development, tracking, and execution of project scope, schedule, budgets, and forecasts. Prepare project reports, meeting notes, action item logs, and documentation; coordinate with Facilities Operations and Engineering teams; and assist with local government permitting and inspections. Identify risks and constraints impacting safety, quality, schedule, or cost. This full-time role requires 3+ years of construction coordination experience, preferably in data centers or mission-critical projects, with an AA, BS, or MS degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction coordination, project engineering, field coordination, or construction project support experience
- Experience supporting data center, mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or other large scale construction projects
- Ability to work with multiple customers, stakeholders, trade partners, and internal project teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with internal and external business partners
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of an organization
- Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, track action items, and support project deadlines in a fast paced construction environment
- Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience supporting or managing construction in the data center, mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or related construction markets
- AA, BS, or MS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Local candidates or candidates willing to relocate with an approved relocation package
Desired Qualifications

- Knowledge and experience in lean construction practices
- OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification
- Ability and willingness to learn and grow into technical areas beyond current education and area of expertise or experience
