Job Summary
Project Coordinator responsible for coordinating office operations and providing general administrative support to visitors and staff. Duties include answering phones, directing calls, organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, and forms, maintaining filing systems, and supporting the Program/Project Manager with administrative tasks. Requires familiarity with HR policies and procedures, effective communication with coworkers, problem resolution capabilities, and proficiency with Microsoft products. Experience in organizing project management documentation and supporting a project team with documentation, scheduling, and office processes. Location: Franklin, IN with in-person work arrangement; requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience and a Secret clearance.
